About us
A Benin City company keeping homes, offices, factories and estates clean, well finished and well kept across Nigeria.
Who we are
Practical people who finish the job properly
Omo-Emwiokpa Enterprise started with a simple observation: most property owners in Nigeria do not struggle to find someone who can clean, paint or cut grass. They struggle to find someone who shows up when agreed, works safely, and leaves the site the way it was promised.
So that is what we built the company around. We specialise in industrial and office cleaning, interior and exterior decoration, landscaping and general contracting, and we run each job the same way: a site visit, a written quote, trained crews with the right equipment, and a supervisor who inspects and signs off with you.
We are based at 12 Enoma Street, off Technical College Road in Benin City, and we work regularly in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
Mission and values
Safe, high-quality work, on schedule, with clear communication
Three words sit under our logo for a reason. They are the standard we hold every crew to.
Quality
Proper surface preparation before paint goes on. Industrial-grade cleaning agents where they are needed, not everywhere. Edges trimmed, not just lawns mowed.
Reliability
We agree a date and keep it. If something changes on our side, you hear from us first, with a new date, not an excuse.
Excellence
Every job closes with a supervisor's walk-through. If anything falls short, we put it right before we call it finished.
Our people
Vetted, trained and supervised
- Background-checked staff for every residential and office job.
- Crews trained on equipment, chemicals and safe working at height.
- Protective equipment and HSE procedures on every site, industrial or domestic.
- A named supervisor who is your single point of contact from quote to handover.
